LD Associates was formed in 1988 to work with clients in the main areas of:

The organisation is managed by its founder Laurie Denton who has had many years practical experience in human resource management and development. The Associates are also experienced and successful specialists in their own respective fields.
Over the years we have formed lasting associations with a range of companies both in the UK and overseas. Our client companies include manufacturing, services and local government.
Since 2002 we have been an accredited centre for the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM). This enables us to offer our clients the following company-based programmes:
- Award and Certificate programmes in Team Leading.
- Award, Certificate and Diploma programmes in First Line Management.
- International Management Qualification.
Also with some specifically designed training programmes, we can work towards achieving ILM endorsement and certification.
