Career History
Prior to establishing himself as an independent staff development provider in 1988, Laurie's career path has taken him from a training role within an engineering company, through a senior HR position with a multi-national manufacturing plc to a Senior Training Advisor for the Engineering Industry Training Board. In this latter position he had prime responsibility for the Fellowship in General Management.
