It has been said that we have many managers within our organisations, but far fewer leaders. We can be appointed a manger, but we are not really a leader until our character and behaviour, our knowledge and skill in doing the functions of leadership are recognised and accepted by the others involved.
Training Aims
This workshop will help you to learn the steps to take to become a 'credible leader'. You will cover what you need to do to further develop from existing manager or supervisor into a credible and competent leader, who is able to gain the active support, commitment and trust of their staff.
