Training
All training is specifically designed to meet your needs.
We work as closely as possible with you to ensure that new skills, tools and techniques covered are used in the workplace. Also we encourage the senior manager of any programme attendee to be actively involved in the process, encouraging application of learning.
In conjunction with you, we will assist in final evaluation of the training, to measure its effectiveness.
Throughout the whole process we work closely with our client companies ensuring that they have ultimate ownership of the learning.

Coaching
The following commitment is made with you when coaching.
- Coaching sessions may be face-to-face or by telephone.
- You can telephone outside agreed session times and send unlimited emails during the process.
- Laurie Denton will prepare himself thoroughly before the sessions to give the best possible service.
- During the sessions, 100% of the Laurie's energy will be devoted to helping you achieve the changes you wish to see.
- Everything that is discussed remains confidential.
- All the training and development resources of LD Associates will be available to you.
- Response to all communications will be as quickly as possible.
- There are no hidden costs or charges.
There is no on-going contract, so you can cease the coaching process at any time.
