Aims
This training programme is specifically designed for Sales and Marketing Managers based in the Czech Republic. It forms part of their total training programme and is primarily concerned with:
- Developing good team working practices.
- Identifying personal attributes required for team building and team working.
- Using the Lifo® preferred behavioural style approach to enhance team working.
Objectives
By the end of this session participants will be able to:
- Make better use of their preferred team roles and Lifo® behaviour styles for the benefit of members and the whole team.
- Provide a clear picture of what the ideal features of a working team are, in order to be able to develop their team towards these goals.
- Recognise the importance of achieving consensus in team working.
- List team behaviours needed for effective team working.
- Identify the stages of how a team develops and consider actions necessary to move the team through the earlier stages.
- Consider how the team leader can best communicate with the team.
- Use different team leadership approaches when managing projects.
